"I wanted to say that calling Statefarm at 570 Broad St, Ste 114 Newark, NJ was a great experience. I first talked to Yesenia, she is a professional and makes you feel at home and extremely helpful. Her phone etiquette was great and many can learn from her. Yesenia makes calling your office an easy going and stress free experience, her willingness to listen and help is second to none. As a US AirForce veteran I really appreciated the treatment, then I was transferred to Luciana. Luciana was a true professional and was able to easily walk me through all the options of car and home insurance. A truly pleasurable experience and she was able to get me into some great insurance.
